1910 two story farmhouse remodeled in 2016. Four guest rooms and one vacation rental/ family suite each with private bath and each guest room has its own heating and air unit.
The vacation rental has one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette, and can sleep up to five. The common areas inside feature a dining and sitting area with a custom coffee cabinet and filtered water faucet for self-service. French doors close off the new kitchen with it’s double ovens and 5 burner cook top, maple cabinets and custom live edge island. Off of the kitchen is a pantry and laundry.
The front porch of the farmhouse allows the guests to enjoy the views of the countryside, and outside dining if they choose. There is an upstairs deck on the back of the house for relaxing with a wonderful view of the river.
We have a fire pit and firewood for guests to help themselves.

A two story log cabin behind the farmhouse is being used as the owner’s residence. It is currently being remodeled, as it stands at present, has three bedrooms, 1.5 bath, new spacious kitchen with wormy chestnut cabinets and granite countertops. The master bedroom has his and hers closets, His is a reach in and Hers is a newly built designer walk-in. The master bedroom has fantastic views of the river. There is plenty of storage two large tote closets and two linen closets in the upstairs hallway. Also has a screened front porch with a direct view of the river.

Both houses were recently re-insulated and new energy efficient windows installed. Both houses utilize propane for cooking.

We love living here. I love cooking for my guests and pampering them and we love our neighbors. It is a warm and welcoming community. Sadly, due to my worsening health issues, we have decided to list the property.
