We placed it on the property angling the house so that we could see the lake as well as the farmyard where our kids could be watched at all times and guests would enjoy the views. So, why did we want so many levels and put so much money into this project? It was built for travelers in mind. We even built a walk-out basement for more rooms with the idea of housing lots of people. One main section of the attic is tall enough to stand up in and dormers were going to be put in to enlarge the attic and give the most amazing views of the whole area. Bunk beds were going to go in there as well as a nice sitting area. My office space was going to be up there too with the best view.
