Monaco is a beautiful independent city-state, located amidst the Alps and the Mediterranean Sea. While Monaco boasts it’s very scenic views, tropical sea breeze, and numerous attractions, many tourists gather here for a luxurious holiday. There are some very grand upscale resorts situated around the city.

Monaco-Ville is a great place to take a walk in, with its mostly pedestrian streets, where most historical houses still stand. Here, you can find the Prince’s Palace, which offers amazing views, overlooking the Port and Monte Carlo. There is as well the Monaco Cathedral, a Romaneque-Byzantine parish. The Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium is also located in Monaco-Ville, as well as the gorgeous Saint Martin Gardens.

Other than the glorious sights and attractions, visitors can indulge in some great, luxurious shopping in Monaco. There are many streets in Monte Carlo packed with high-end exclusive stores of high-fashion retailers, jewellers and other speciality items. You can also see many top-quality antiques and lovely art pieces, from exclusive furniture, to priceless paintings and sculptures of all variety.

Noshing in Monaco can also be an extravagant affair, with many world-renowned restaurants located adjoining the resorts in Monte Carlo. The Hotel de Paris features the splendid Le Grill de L’Hotel de Paris restaurant, with a fine variety of wine, for example, as well as the first-class Louis XV Restaurant.
