Gay Resorts - Four Fun Queensland Choices

There are a number of great gay resorts on the Queensland coast. When you are on holiday and relaxing it is great to be in a place with like minded folk. Four great gay friendly resorts in North Queensland follow:

Turtle Cove Resort: Located between the towns Cairns and Port Douglas in tropical Queensland. This resort won the peoples choice award for resorts in a 2005 internal poll. There are 30 comfortable rooms with all facilities and day visitors are permitted. It has a private beach to relax on and it is a clothing optional resort. With over fifteen years of experience the Turtle Cove resort can provide everything you would look for in a gay resort.

Skinny Dips Resort: This resort is located just outside Cairns and clothing optional. There is a spa and chill out centre offering spas, treatments, exercise room and a leisure lounge. The resort offers a number of packages including arranging tours to the local attractions, snorkelling, Great Barrier Reef and tropical rainforests.

Pink Flamingo Resort: With easy access to the famous four mile beach in Port Douglas this is an intimate resort. In garden surroundings there are just twelve units including two garden studios. It has a massage room and you can bathe beneath the stars in their outdoor bath.

Mai Tai Resort: This resort is ten minutes outside Port Douglas in the mountains. It is a luxury boutique Balinese retreat. It has stunning views over the Daintree and out as far as the Coral Coast. Set amongst ten acres of tropical grounds all of the suites are privately screened. There is a maximum of only twelve guests at any time and they must all be over eighteen years of age. It is optional clothing around the pool area.
