Most of us are trying to stay healthy and keep our families healthy as well. Certainly, you go through the trouble of doing this on the weekend. The problem is getting everyone ready to get off to school or work and so breakfast is skipped during the week. However, if you organize yourself and plan, you can actually have breakfast ready for your family in under 15 minutes and you can provide them with a complete and balanced meal.
If you’re organized, you’ll be able to complete this with ease, and your recipes can even include eggs. However, try to skip on the bacon or sausage is. These are extremely high in fat and very unhealthy. Therefore, those should be kept for special occasions or not at all.

For a change, you can scramble eggs for everyone. Just use a very large frying pan or skillet. In this case, you can add the cheese and cook it along with the eggs, and getting a more creative by adding some vegetables as well. Again, it only takes a few minutes.
Avoid making separate omelets and special orders for each person. This is just too time-consuming. Therefore, do your best to make everyone happy by finding one healthy recipe that works for everyone. This can all be prepared in that one skillets we were discussing above.
Special orders should be saved for the weekend when you aren’t pressed for time. The truth is, you only need a little bit of imagination and some creativity to feed yourself and your family properly. But the key to all of this is proper planning and organization.
