From the heart of Asturias, in the green Spain, until its central-west coast, the Cider Shire makes its way towards the sea in a succession of wild clifts that lead to armonious and quite beaches , leaving behind valleys, villages and mountains from which a great number of rivers flow until dashing its beds into the Cantabrian Sea.
We can certainly assure that the devotion and affection cider has in Asturias, reaches in our Shire the highest recognition as it is shown with the existance of multitude of apple orchards and more than thirty cider cellars dedicated to the elaboration of this product.
This is the Cider Shire.
