I have been to Ireland on several occasions and every time I choose to stay in a bed and breakfast. Each of the rooms is bright and cheerful and includes cable television for your viewing enjoyment. They also include tea and coffee making facilities and comfortable beds with crisp clean linens. There are several different kinds of breakfasts for you to choose from starting with Irish and Continental, but if you want you can get a vegetarian and low carbohydrate breakfast if you desire. Transportation is easy as a bust service runs from the home to Dublin city every 5 to 10 minutes. Pickup is right outside the front door so you do not have to walk far. If you are a fan of golf, the Royal Dublin Golf Club is adjacent to the house as is the Bull Island wildlife center. There you can find sandy beaches to relax and enjoy you day on. There are several things to remember however, you can not smoke in your room and in fact smoking is completely prohibited. There is electricity in all the rooms, but no air conditioning. Since the home is located right off the water this is rarely needed as temperatures for the most part are very mild. As you can see this B and B has everything you could want.
